Hello

I'm a home-educating, soul led Mum, who loves being immersed in nature, absorbing the grounding energy and vibrations that surround me there, whether its walking by the sea or the woodland paths, I find balance and renewal in nature, with my family and our dog Luna, embracing the earth's magic & healing energy.  Nature is our classroom and sanctuary, full of freedom and flow, where heart-led bliss is always our guide.

​My healing and spiritual path began in the Canary Islands over 30 years ago. I spent eight years immersed in nature and a foreign culture, music and language. It's where I began my spiritual and sacred journey with Reiki and the language of energy, as well as learning the Spanish language.  

 I now reside in sunny West Sussex, in the UK, where I am guiding others to reconnect with and embody their inner bliss.  Helping you to remember what your soul already knows and to Release, Re-Align and Radiate Bliss
